1. No Data Collection

ScrollSnap Pro is built with a strict local-first architecture. We do not collect, store, track, or transmit any of your personal data, browsing history, or the screenshots you capture using the extension.

2. How Screenshots are Processed

All screen captures, crops, and image stitching operations are processed 100% locally on your computer inside your web browser.

• No images or visual data are ever uploaded to our servers.
• No analytical data about what you capture is recorded.
• The images you save or copy to the clipboard reside purely in your local browser's memory and your local filesystem.

3. Permissions Used & Justifications

To perform its core functions, ScrollSnap Pro requests the following browser permissions:

• activeTab: Used solely to capture the visible area of the tab you explicitly click the extension icon on, and to inject the crop interface.
• scripting: Used to temporarily inject the user interface styling and overlay onto the active tab so you can select your crop area.
• tabs: Used to determine the active tab state and perform safe, synchronized captures.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. Any updates to this policy will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
